WordPress websites need regular attention because they typically use 3rd party plugins and themes, for which updates are frequently released. These updates fix bugs, add new features and, most importantly, patch security issues.

My WordPress website support plans ensure your website is up to date, protected and performing properly.

In addition, they each include some support time for adding new content or editing existing content, leaving you free to get on with running your usual day-to-day business.

None of the above includes licenses for plugins or themes. Clients must purchase their own licenses.

Essential Information

  1. WooCommerce sites MUST use the Gold package as they are more complex to manage.
  2. Clients on my support plans are charged at a discounted hourly rate for any work performed outside of the support plan remit.
  3. Support time requests: For emergencies (e.g. website down, payments not working, contact form broken) all efforts will be made to fix the issue within 24 hrs (usually within a few hours). For all other non-urgent requests such as site edits please allow 48 hrs notice minimum. Support time cannot be used for new site builds or rebuilds - it is for smaller tasks that might typically take up to an hour.
  4. Unused support time does not carry over into the next month.
  5. Hosting and domain account access will be required for effective site maintenance.
  6. Both support plans include any necessary communication with hosting/domain companies to fix issues.
